You’ll be speaking with an advisor (not a salesperson) who has hands-on experience working with and guiding clients through our no cost EV stations & solar programs. During the call, there are three main things we’re going to cover:

  2. The feasability of your location, traffic and eligibility for the install of either EV or Solar or both
  3. Whether or not Energy That Pays is the right fit for you
The first call is typically 10-15 mins minutes, but can be extended if needed, especially if there are multiple properties or national which requires a little more time to ensure we can provide the best plan based on your unique needs for EV or Solar. 
On the call, be prepared to have open, honest, and transparent conversations about where your business is today and your current challenges. Your advisor will ask you questions about your business’ current performance, and what you’re hoping the business will achieve in the future. And so, it will be helpful to have details around your current revenue, how you’re generating new business, what your sales outlook is, and the things that may be slowing you down or blocking you from achieving your objectives.
After our first call, , we will schedule a follow-up call for eligibity and installation expecations with timelines. Following the initial call, we will send you an email outlining the next steps we discussed and provide educational content for you to review before confirming the installation date.
The goal of the first call is to understand your needs and challenges. This initial conversation helps us identify the areas where will make the most impact on your reduction of energy bills as well as revenue potential for EV stations based on our AI reasearch for your location or locations. 

Realtors report sustainability is growing in Importance 59% of respondents found that consumers were very interested in energy solutions that are green.

According to the report, 59% of respondents found that residential consumers were very or somewhat interested in sustainability.

Seven in ten residential and commercial agents and brokers reported that promoting energy efficiency in listings is either somewhat or very valuable.

“The state of the environment is important to our members and their business practices, and the report shows that sustainability impacts consumers’ home buying decisions as well,” said NAR President John Smaby, a second-generation Realtor® from Edina, Minnesota and broker at Edina Realty.

“Realtors® remain on the cutting edge of sustainability and continue to lead the conversation about energy efficiency in real estate.”

A large majority of respondents (83%) said that solar panels were available in their markets, and 36% said that solar panels increased the perceived property value.

However, only 8% of those surveyed said that solar panels decreased the perceived amount of time a home spent on the market.

Solar panels are most prevalent in Northeast (available in 94% of markets) and respondents in the West were the most likely to report they increase perceived property value (41%).

The transportation and commuting features that Realtors® stated are very or somewhat important to their clients include: easy access to highways (82%), short commute times and distance to work (81%) and walkability (51%)
